Receptionist and Conferencing Administrator


This is an opportunity for you to join the KingsGate Staff Team in the role of Receptionist, where you will also provide administrative support to the Conference team. The role of a receptionist at KingsGate holds significant importance, as they are responsible for being the initial point of contact for our visitors, staff, and conference delegates.

We are looking for an individual/s who are warm and friendly in person, with a confident and courteous telephone manner and professional at all times. We will also consider a job share if we have several applicants. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are therefore essential along with a high standard of personal presentation. You should also be experienced in general administrative work and able to organise and prioritise tasks.

You will report directly to the Assistant to the Exec Pastor (Operations and Management Support).  All staff are friendly, enthusiastic people who love being part of the vision here at KingsGate Community Church.

It is a genuine occupational requirement that you be a committed Christian, fully able to adhere to the vision and values of KingGate.
