Do these actions as you say this week’s prayer: 

(Take hold of one hand with the other)
Father God, take my hand to follow You.  

(Put your hands on your heart)
Jesus, change my heart to love You more.  

(Put your hands on your head)
Holy Spirit, change my mind to think how You want.  

(Put your hands on your feet)
Father God, guide my feet to walk with You. 

(Put your hands on your eyes)
Jesus, open my eyes to see You in the Bible. 

(Put your hands on your ears)
Holy Spirit, open my ears to hear Your voice.
