Why not write down 3 things in your prayer journal that you want to talk to God about and leave space to write down the answers, then spend some time praying with a friend about them.
Lord Jesus, thank you everywhere and always there! Thank you God that I can talk to you at anytime, about anything and in any place, please help me to listen to you as well and not just do all the talking!
