Operations Support

We are a practical, hands-on team that supports the smooth and safe running of Sunday services and special events. Working under the direction of the Operations Support Team Leader, we assist serving teams, respond to operational, facilities, and guest-related needs, help coordinate activities across the building, and support emergency procedures when required. Our role is to help create a safe, organised, and welcoming environment for everyone. Full training is provided.
Time & Location:
Our rotas work on a four week basis, with a minimum serving expectation of one in four.
What we're looking for:
- You're confident, calm and able to make decisions under pressure
- You’re friendly but able to be assertive and take authority when necessary
- You’re reliable and able to take initiative
- You're continually proactive - you are the first one to respond when a need arises
- You're able to oversee multiple tasks and teams simultaneously
- You can attend training when required
- Once on team, you will be committed to self-development, learning and developing your skills. You will be a great team player and you will play your part in seeing the vision of the team fulfilled
