We help people feel connected, welcomed, and at home within KingsGate. We have the privilege of being one of the first points of contact for many people, helping them find their place in church life, answering questions, and connecting them with opportunities to get involved. Whether we're making introductions, sharing information, or helping someone take their next step, our heart is to build community and ensure people feel seen, valued, and supported.
Time & Location:
Before and after the Sunday services at KingsGate.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy connecting with others and helping them feel welcome. You'll be friendly, approachable, and able to bring a calm and reassuring presence when supporting people. As part of the team, you'll be willing to serve at church events beyond Sunday services when you're able, and you'll be committed to growing in confidence, knowledge, and skill. By working well with others and playing your part, you'll help us create a welcoming environment and fulfil our church's vision.
Anything else:
Our team serves on a four-week rota, with a minimum commitment of one serving slot every four weeks. We also ask team members to be connected into a LifeGroup.
