Prayer Army

Our mandate is to support and undergird with prayer all that is happening across church life; standing in the gap and believing for God’s Kingdom purposes to be accomplished. We are committed to intercession for others, our KingsGate centres, our city and the nations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the 3-day fast every other month and 1-day fast every other month, including attending the Monday evening Prayer Army gatherings during our 3-day fast

  • Pray regularly and strategically during the week, using the weekly prayer updates, as well as joining in with central prayer gatherings

  • When possible, attend the weekly Sunday pre-service prayer meeting, 9:30am–9:50am

What we're looking for:

  • You’re willing to invest in your personal devotions and personal prayer life

  • You have a heart and motivation to stand in the gap for others

  • Once on team, you will be committed to self-development, learning and developing your skills. You will be a great team player and you will play your part in seeing the vision of the team fulfilled

Anything else:

We require team members on this team to have been attending a LifeGroup at KingsGate for at least three months or to be a KingsGate Partner, but preferably both
