The Operations Support Team serves alongside our staff Duty Managers and provides hands-on operational support during Sunday services and special services. This role operates under the direction of the Duty Manager and Deputy Duty Manager, who retain overall responsibility and decision-making authority. The Operations Support Team support the smooth running of the building and guest experience by assisting with operations, responding to issues as directed, and supporting Serving Teams in real time. This role is focused on practical support to help teams and guests to have the best possible experience while ensuring the building operates safely and smoothly at all times. During services, the Operations Support Team will:
- Work under the leadership of the Duty Manager and Deputy Duty Manager, who are the primary point of contact for health, safety, safeguarding and facilities matters.
- Support Serving Teams by responding to immediate needs or issues, including facilities, hospitality or guest related concerns.
- Assist with the coordination of activities across the building ensuring a safe and well organised environment.
- Support emergency procedures as instructed by the Duty Manager or Deputy Duty Manager
Full training will be provided.
Time & Location:
Our rotas work on a four week basis, with a minimum serving expectation of one in four. You'll be required to serve 5.5-6 hours/Sunday.

- You're able to oversee multiple tasks and teams simultaneously

- Once on team, you will be committed to self-development, learning and developing your skills. You will be a great team player and you will play your part in seeing the vision of the team fulfilled
- Desirable: You're experienced in hospitality roles and you're familiar with church service environments
