Head of Operations & Building Management

Thank you for considering the role of Head of Operations and Building Management at KingsGate.

We’re excited to offer this opportunity to play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Peterborough site, ensuring our buildings are safe, welcoming, and well-managed. This role also ensures compliance across our campuses in areas such as health & safety and fire safety and supports the growth of our conferencing business.

To be successful, we are looking for a confident and proactive leader with experience in managing facilities, operations, or compliance. You’ll need to be highly organised, able to lead and motivate teams, and comfortable balancing hands-on responsibilities with strategic oversight. A strong understanding of health & safety and fire safety is essential, along with a heart to serve and support the wider mission of KingsGate.

It is a genuine occupational requirement that you be a committed Christian, fully able to adhere to the vision and values of KingsGate, and willing and able to engage with the spiritual life of the church.
