We are excited to be launching our new Leadership Academy at KingsGate in September 2024. The Leadership Academy is a year-long opportunity for students to grow in their journey with Jesus, learn and serve alongside others, and discover how they can grow in Kingdom influence and leadership potential! We are looking for someone with proven experience of developing and implementing an integrated approach to personal development across an organisation and who is passionate to see Kingdom leaders raised, developed, and released. All staff are friendly, enthusiastic people who love being part of the vision here at KingsGate Community Church. Should you decide to apply and are successful in your application, you will be joining a group of well-motivated people who work hard but have fun while doing so together. In collaboration with the Exec Pastor (Pastoral and Equipping), you will help to design and execute an exceptional year-long leadership academy programme of investment into Kingdom Leaders. This programme should be designed to be attractive and inclusive, catering to a diverse range of participants.
It is a genuine occupational requirement that you be a committed Christian, fully able to adhere to the vision and values of KingGate.

Shortlisting will take place from Tuesday 7 May 2024. After the short-listing process you will be informed by email if your application is successful.
1st Interviews will take place on Wednesday 15 May (pm) and will include a 10 minute presentation.
2nd Interviews will take place on Wednesday 22 May (pm)
